Goblin Tools is a collection of free tools mostly designed to help neurodivergent people carry out tasks they find overwhelming or difficult.The tools break down simple, single tasks into achievable steps. The design is simple and easy to use, and task options include:
- Magic To-Do (Breaking things down so you don’t)
- Formalizer (Turn the spicy thoughts into classy ones, or vice versa)
- Judge (Am I misreading the tone of this?)

ChatGPT is an advanced language model designed to assist you in a variety of ways, catering to your unique needs and preferences. It is free to use.-
It can help streamline your daily tasks by providing reminders, generating lists, or even drafting emails, making your routine more manageable.

Neurodivergent Self-Assesment Tests Online
Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1)
Only a clinician can accurately diagnose ADHD.You take the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1) Symptom Checklist online; they also provide a paper test option. The test was developed in conjunction with the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Workgroup on Adult ADHD.

Autism Spectrum Quotient
Only a clinician can accurately diagnose autism.The following autism tests are available online on the ‘Embrace Autism’ website. There are also PDF file versions of some of the tests available on the website for printing and download. Click the linked test names below to visit the website and view the tests:
Autism Spectrum Quotient
A simple screening test that is used as a basis for pursuing a formal autism evaluation
CAT-Q
If you scored lower than 6 on the AQ-10, the site suggests taking the CAT-Q, as it identifies autistics that may be overlooked on other tests
RAADS–R
Identifies adults who often “escape diagnosis” due to a subclinical level presentation
GQ-ASC Scale for Adult Women
