Introduction

Insurance: URMY LTD has public liability and professional indemnity insurance of £1 million. DBS: I have been fully checked and registered with the UK Disclosure and Barring Service. Confidentiality and data privacy: URMY LTD is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Waste: URMYhelp is registered as an upper tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency (England), registration number: CBDU541846.

Cancellations Fees

All booked hours: 50% of your booked hours will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of your booking date. An exception will apply if you have made a prepaid deposit for your booking, in which case the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of your booking date.

In-person bookings only

Clients:

If you or any of your household had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days, you MUST inform me:

  • A HIGH TEMPERATURE: this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature).
  • A NEW CONTINUOUS COUGH: this means coughing a lot for more than an hour or three or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).
  • A LOSS OR CHANGE TO YOUR SENSE OF SMELL OR TASTE: this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.
  • BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO SHOWS THE ABOVE SYMPTOMS OR IS WAITING FOR TEST RESULTS (within the last 14 days).
  • If, after booking your appointment, you start to develop any symptoms or have been with anyone else who does, please contact me immediately to re-arrange your in-person booking.

URMYhelp:

If any of the symptoms above occur to me or any member of staff, no in-person bookings will be made for 14 days after symptoms develop. If symptoms develop within fourteen days of an upcoming in-person booking, I will inform you. In that case, you will have the right to reschedule your booking at a convenient date and time or to cancel your booking without penalty.
